Alternating Wednesdays / 9-10am PT (12-1pm ET/ 6-7pm CEST).
What we’ll be building together:
Feb 18 – Session 1 — Foundations Identifying Automation Opportunities in Your Agency Audit your business, find the biggest time-wasters, and create your automation roadmap.
Mar 4 – Session 2 — Quick Wins Setting Up Your First Automations Hands-on builds. Real examples. You’ll launch your first working automations.
Mar 18 – Session 3 — Scaling Mapping Workflows & Connecting Tools Design proper systems, connect your tools, and replace messy manual processes.
Apr 1 – Session 4 — Team & Change Adoption, Training & Troubleshooting Roll automation out to your team without chaos or resistance.
By the end of the Sprint, you will have:
- A clear automation strategy for the key parts of your agency
- 2–4 working automations actively saving time
- At least one fully mapped and scalable workflow
- A repeatable methodology for identifying and building future automations
- A plan to train your team and sustain adoption
Bonus: WorkSitter Sessions (build with accountability)On the off-weeks, we’re running 30-minute work sitter sessions so you can actually implement what you’re learning.
