Advisory Board Membership

• A WorkElevation Advisory Board is a stellar group of peers lead by Mentor. Advisory Boards are created for you as an entrepreneur to have a group to go to with issues, quandaries, brainstorming and support. It is also the space for you to help others with your experience, strength, and hope. Any time you are talking with your team, clients, or prospects and you need a moment to reflect, you can say “I need to run this decision by my Advisory Board!” Every entrepreneur needs an Advisory Board.
• Advisory Board group will have 8-10 members.
• Private Slack group will be created for your group.
• Meetings will take place bi-weekly (or weekly if your group elects).
• The meeting agenda will include Biz/Personal best, accountability, and Advisory Board time during which members will document and share several issues to be dissected, investigated, and solved for the next step.
